This is the spot at the 29 yard line and just a few feet in from the sideline, where University of Alabama head coach received the traditional Gatorade™ bath from his players as the clock ran down and the Crimson Tide had won their 13th National Championship.
The first two pieces from this area of the field are being given to the Alabama athletic department, the third piece to the Bear Bryant Museum and a fourth piece goes to the Rose Bowl Stadium officials. The remaining 140 pieces are being made available to the public. This piece is not included in the full collector set of 11 other Special Moments.
